Reporting directly to the Global Head of Legal based in Denmark, you will also contribute to a broad range of legal and business matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial insurance, real estate and facility leases, litigation management, and strategic business initiatives throughout the region. Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements, including engineering, procurement and related services (EP+), equipment sales, aftermarket services, maintenance agreements, supplier agreements, and strategic commercial arrangements.
