Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Assists with repairs to building structures, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC systems, and completes basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs, filters, fixtures and patching and painting walls. This role performs routine repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, and general upkeep under the direction of the Regional Property Services Manager, while building trade skills and gaining experience across locations.
