Serving as the Lead Estimator on assigned pursuits, the Estimating Manager establishes estimating strategies, defines project scope, evaluates assumptions, identifies risks and opportunities, and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality estimate packages. The position collaborates closely with project management, operations, engineering, procurement, and executive leadership to develop estimate strategies, support bid reviews, and facilitate seamless turnover from project execution teams.
