Take a lead role in negotiations on smaller transactions and support the Director or Vice President on complex negotiations by developing strategies, analyses, and data-driven positions on price, structure, and key terms. Lead cross-functional due diligence teams across finance, legal, tax, operations, IT, HR, and other functions; anticipate issues, drive timely resolution, and escalate material risks appropriately.
