Maintain documentation of proper care/maintenance protocols for all household and property equipment, including appliances and systems (i.e., HVAC, security systems, solar panels, pools and water features, etc.) and related maintenance logs, user instructions, operating manuals, warranties, records, etc. This includes but is not limited to preventive maintenance, basic repairs, accompanying vendors on site, record keeping of maintenance performed at each property and the full spectrum of property and building maintenance.
