This role manages and develops the corporate recruiting team, oversees full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operational, technical, and construction leadership positions, and ensures the recruiting function operates efficiently and consistently as the organization scales. • Directly recruit for and/or oversee recruiting for positions including project management, construction management, operations leadership, estimating, VDC/BIM, project controls, accounting, finance, HR, safety, procurement, recruiting, and executive leadership.
