High school diploma or equivalent or higher AND three (3) years or more experience in human services casework OR related fields, such as mental health/addiction counseling, residential treatment, juvenile justice, direct service legal work, emergency services, corrections, law enforcement, military service, or similar roles. Specialized professional casework, social work, counseling, unit program direction, or restorative services for the Department of Corrections providing services to offenders in community setting.
