Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates across multiple construction disciplines Perform quantity takeoffs, cost modeling, and scope analysis using industry tools Review drawings and specifications to identify scope, risks, and cost drivers Manage subcontractor outreach, bid packages, and proposal evaluations Collaborate with design teams to resolve issues and support value engineering Assist with bid strategy, schedules, and final proposal development Track market pricing trends and maintain historical cost data Support project handoff by providing clear assumptions, documentation, and cost insights. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, and building systems Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents Proficiency with estimating tools (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
