Required PCU skills include cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tubes, lumbar drains, tracheostomies, and IV medication titration, including amiodarone, Cardizem, nitro, dopamine, dobutamine, non-DKA insulin, heparin, and sometimes Cardene.
