An exceptional record of professional activity, expertise, or achievement relevant to the assigned course topic. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Law, Psychology, Political Science, Public Policy, of Public Administration (or at least 18 graduate course hours in one of the listed disciplines).
