In your first 90 days, you will learn Swipesum's partner ecosystem, build a clean partner database, help operationalize a referral tracking system, establish a consistent communication cadence with active partners, create a simple partner onboarding process, reactivate dormant partners, and increase visibility into partner-referred pipeline. In your first year, you will help grow partner-sourced pipeline, build a more predictable and measurable partner program, recruit new CPAs, banks, software platforms, consultants, and referral partners, create clear partner tiers and playbooks, and become the internal owner for partner relationships and referral operations.
