Work with the SBOE Infrastructure team and any applicable vendors to establish, document and test operational procedures required for on-going operation and maintenance of the environment including disaster recovery, performance monitoring, patching, etc. Reporting to the Senior CRM/Database Administrator, this position will assist in all database and tenant operational activities including implementation, integration, operation, monitoring, support, tuning and enhancement of the system.
