This is a hands-on engineering role that will focus on designing, building, testing, and optimizing marketing automation journeys using CRM tool, integrating it with a modern digital ecosystem including CDP, Twilio, data analytics, patient scheduling, and content platforms. Reporting to the Director, Digital Engineering, you will play a key role in expanding our personalization strategy, increasing engagement, and driving conversion uplift across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging—while supporting ongoing platform migration, architecture improvements, and marketing innovation.
