This leader will partner closely with Retail, E-Commerce/Product, Analytics, Brand Marketing, Creative, and IT teams to turn customer data into actionable strategies that drive traffic, conversion, repeat purchase, retention, and loyalty across Curaleaf's retail dispensary network.
