Also, must monitor and assist in management of provider's clinical inbox, which includes medication refills, patient cases, notification of critical labs, categorizing and labelling clinical documents appropriately, scanning/uploading clinical documents to Athena EHR, and assisting in prior authorizations for medications and urgent/STAT imaging. Complete in a timely manner, with adequate supervision, the assigned clinic maintenance tasks including but not limited to the following: setting up instruments and equipment, running tests and controls on equipment, cleaning exam/procedure rooms and documenting completed tasks based on clinic protocol.
