The successful candidate will work with customer executives, business leaders, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to uncover opportunities, facilitate discovery, define value cases, design practical solutions, and guide initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption. Select and apply the appropriate architecture for each use case, including search-based experiences, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow-triggered AI, copilots, knowledge assistants, agentic workflows, and structured automation.
