This is an on-site position based at the St Charles Community College campus in Cottleville, MO Instructional and Learning Experience Design and Development Work with faculty and staff in any teaching modality, including online, blended, flex, and XR/AI technology Analyze, design, and develop content, activities, assessments, courses, and processes for multiple modalities through the appropriate blend of pedagogy and technology based on learning theory, instructional design practices, and quality assurance rubrics. Provide consultations and serve as a resource to faculty and staff on the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of learning outcomes, course modality, high-impact learning practices, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), accessibility issues and remediation, content creation, effective assessment strategies, and other instructional design, learning experience, and/or technology concerns.
