Experience: 3+ years of experience administering an LMS or LXP (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Docebo, Absorb, or similar platforms), with a proven track record managing learning operations at scale, including enrollments, compliance tracking, reporting, and system configuration. Act as the operational backbone for the Enterprise L&D team: provide hands-on systems and administrative support to every instructional designer, facilitator, and program owner, regardless of the initiative they are running.
