div>Custodian - Part-Time
Compensation: $17-$19.00 per hour (depending on background and experience)
We are seek a diligent custodian/handy-person to provide maintenance services and general upkeep of our homeless shelter and newly renovated apartment building (8 units).
· Regular and routine building check and review including, but not limited to: changing lightbulbs, checking smoke and C02 detectors, monitoring of security equipment including alarms and security cameras, small repairs, assembling and disassembling office furniture, shelter beds, and other furniture.
