Makes minor repairs that do not unduly disrupt the routine work schedule (e.g., installs pencil sharpeners, oils hinges, cleans drains, lubricates motors, replaces fuses, installs light bulbs, removes graffiti, touch-up painting, simple repairs to floor machines and vacuums, fixes loose screws and fittings on tables, chairs, and doors, etc.). Ability to comply with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Public Employer Risk Reduction Act (PERRA) regulations.
