Your responsibilities may include:Assist with planning and facilitating individual and group recreational, social, educational, and devotional programsLead motivational, recreational, and learning groupsEncourage and support residents as they participate in activitiesHelp create a welcoming and engaging environment for residentsAssist with resident outings, trips, and special eventsSchedule and accompany residents on community trips and, when required, operate facility vans or busesAssist with volunteer programs and help coordinate volunteers working with residentsMaintain bulletin boards and help decorate resident areas for holidays and special eventsMaintain activity equipment, supplies, records, and inventoriesAssist residents with transfers and ambulation as instructedObserve residents' participation and responses and report changes or concerns appropriatelyTransport residents to activities and programsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For!
