In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure supporting the customers platform, ensuring the stability, security, and availability of mission-critical systems through routine system administration, troubleshooting, and proactive corrective action. You will work closely with cybersecurity personnel, engineers, help desk staff, and government stakeholders to maintain a secure, high-performing operating environment — while collaborating alongside a highly technical team in a dynamic government setting.
