Job Summary: The Product Lifecycle Platform Administration Manager is responsible for platform administration, configuration management, platform roadmap & backlog management, workflow optimization, access governance, release management coordination, vendor relationship support, reporting enablement, and operational support. Familiarity of the healthcare/managed care field and knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Military/Veteran products, Marketplace, or other government-sponsored programs or equivalent work within highly regulated environments required.
