Hands-On Support: Willing and able to step into any role and perform operational tasks when needed, including trash removal, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, spot cleaning glass, dusting, restocking supplies, and stripping and waxing VCT. The right candidate brings a strong sense of ownership and accountability, experience managing hourly labor in a service-based industry, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
