The sucessful applicant will possess a knowledge base of geriatrics, memory care, Resident-Centered care, purposeful activity programming and have an excessent rapport with Residents, staff in other departments as well as family members, visitors and vendors. The dynamic activity calender of events must include daylight, evening, weekday and weekend groups that encompass and promote each Resident's well-being as well as enriching their quality of life through active, social, spiritual, creative, recreational and special events.
