Drive continuous improvement to meet the needs of the business and provide our customers with superior service while working very closely with other functions of the Company including sales, production, planning, legal, shipping, engineering, quality, and finance. Develop, implement, and oversee the various business processes and functions of the inquiry to cash cycle, including sales quotes, sales orders, product availability, freight quotes, export licenses, contract administration/compliance.
