Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Assistant Retail Manager assists in ensuring profitability of retail operations by effectively managing all business aspects of the retail department, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, restocking, inventory control, loss prevention, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This position also works in an indoor setting with exposure to noisy environments, dim lighting, strong visual effects including strobing lights, special effects, fog machines and small and/ or enclosed spaces.
