The position is responsible for carrying out direct physical cares, administration of medications and treatments according to physician's orders, documentation of resident needs and conditions, and when indicated, direction of other non-licensed personnel on the nursing unit. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
