14.Issue necessary parts requested by mechanics and enter information into a computer system.15.Demonstrates, by their daily actions, ATS Mission, Vision, and Values in a consistent, effective, and reliable manner.16.Support ATS’ culture by aligning actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions in accordance with the Company’s values as set forth in our All-Employee Competencies.17.Carry out managerial and leadership responsibilities in accordance with ATS’ policies and applicable laws.18.Perform key All-Manager Responsibilities, deliver high business results, Build the Right Team, Manage for Optimal Performance, and Develop Talent for Growth. 2.1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance shop environment is preferred.3.Experience using maintenance software such as Meritor Toolbox, Bendix, and Haldex is preferred.4.Must have a solid understanding of parts and inventory control usually gained through 1-2 years of training and/or related experience.5.Must be able to read; be familiar with, and able to reference the current DOT Out of Service regulations.
