General Job Description: Under general supervision, performs a variety of customer service-related duties on ferry docks including, but not limited to: Ensuring that vessels do not exceed maximum passenger capacity, communicating with other ferries’ passenger only vessel crews and dispatchers, answering questions regarding ferry services and policies, and assist passengers with boarding vessel.
