Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership Own the product vision and roadmap for Business Systems supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and fulfillment workflows Align initiatives to revenue growth, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability Drive a platform mindset across ERP and integrated systems, reducing fragmentation and manual work Balance immediate operational needs with long-term system architecture and scalability Business Systems Ownership (O2C, P2P & Inventory) Own and evolve systems supporting: Order-to-Cash (O2C): order management, fulfillment, invoicing Procure-to-Pay (P2P): purchasing, vendor management, inbound inventory Inventory Management: visibility, allocation, transfers, and reconciliation Partner with Production and Operations and Order Fulfillment teams to improve purchasing workflows, demand planning inputs, inventory accuracy, allocation, fulfillment execution, and exception management across the order lifecycle.
