Provide technical support to dealers and customers regarding installation, operation, and maintenance of irrigation filtration systems; Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues in sand media, disc, and screen filtration systems; Assist dealers in identifying correct spare parts and part numbers; Support system start-ups, inspections, and field diagnostics as required; Serve as a technical liaison between dealers, customers, and internal teams; Prepare clear and professional service reports and technical feedback; Deliver on-site and remote technical guidance, training, and best practices; Recommend appropriate filtration systems, spare parts, and upgrades when applicable; Support commercial activities by identifying customer needs during service visits; Support sales activities with technical input when required (pre-sales or post-sales support). Minimum 5 years of experience in the irrigation market; Fluent in English and Spanish; Proven experience with filtration systems: sand media, disc filters, and screen filters; Strong understanding of irrigation systems, hydraulics, and field installations; Hands-on, solution-oriented professional comfortable working independently; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within California as needed; Previous experience supporting dealer networks or distributors; Sales or customer-facing experience (asset); Experience with agricultural irrigation systems and large-scale filtration projects (asset).
