Ideal candidates will have worked in a recognized investment funds practice, and will have significant experience with forming, structuring and advising on a variety of retail fund products, including a mix of traditional funds, such as mutual funds, ETFs and listed closed-end funds, as well as "alternative" funds, including interval/tender offer funds, business development companies (BDCs), real estate investment trusts (REITs), "holding company" and similar structures. The New York, Boston, Washington, D.C. and/or Los Angeles offices are seeking attorneys with three to five years of experience to work in the Registered Funds practice of the Investment Funds Group.
