You will work closely with application teams, engineers, architects, product owners, and security stakeholders to accelerate onboarding, identify modernization opportunities, establish repeatable governance patterns, and help build the operating model that enables enterprise-scale growth. Ford is undertaking a multi-year transformation of enterprise access governance, moving from a fragmented landscape of applications, authorization models, entitlement stores, and governance processes toward a centralized, automated, and observable governance ecosystem.
