Specialist, Product Development is to document business requirements, ensuring requirements are in line with overall product strategy, coordinate release of projects from initiation, execution and closing phases, partnering with legal, risk, compliance, and most importantly ops and tech partners to ensure effective engagement and delivery of projects. Analyzes key issues that affect the performance of each of our product lines and any ancillary products that affect card portfolio performance, and then creating actionable leads that translate to deepening member relationships in those areas.
