Assists QA management with enforcement and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal food safety laws including applicable parts of the Code of federal regulations, and all USDA, GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, SSOPs, and SOPs guidelines and regulations are followed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand and talk or hear; use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
