The successful applicant will have strong Linux administration experience, experience supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure, hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar cloud platforms, experience working in multi-cloud or cloud-agnostic environments, proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Bash, Shell, or similar), infrastructure as code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar), knowledge of infrastructure, networking, servers, operating systems, and platform technologies, experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and system issues, background in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related disciplines, experience supporting highly available, enterprise-scale environments, and exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies. Responsibilities include administering and supporting cloud and on-prem infrastructure, installing upgrades, patches, and security updates, monitoring system performance, availability, and health, performing backups, disaster recovery, and recovery testing, troubleshooting infrastructure, OS, and application issues, supporting Linux environments and core infrastructure services, developing automation, scripting, and infrastructure management solutions, maintaining system documentation, procedures, and runbooks, partnering with engineering teams to enhance reliability, scalability, and security, and participating in on-call support and incident response as needed.
