Prior experience must include at least five (5) years of experience with: managing programs and projects in an investment bank or at a financial services firm; translating business requirements into engineering deliverables; analyzing complex data sets to determine themes, root cause analysis, and solution design, including process analysis; managing projects including, project scope definition, project issues, challenges, risks definition, status reporting, and User Acceptance Test execution; working closely with multiple stakeholders during all phases of the project lifecycle, providing succinct status updates to senior stakeholders, and influencing decisions; and utilizing Agile Project management tools, including JIRA and JIRA portfolio, for managing complex programs, to track programs from initiation to go-live. Lead the delivery of strategic cross divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies and governance tools that ensure implementations are delivered on time, on budget and are high quality.
