Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team, assigning and coordinating analytical activities, reviewing technical approaches and deliverables, resolving technical challenges, promoting analytical best practices, and ensuring consistency across data engineering, analytics, visualization, and performance management activities. • Lead organizational performance analysis and performance measurement activities, including development and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs), performance measures, targets, methodologies, and analytical frameworks aligned with DHS and Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) requirements.
