Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a closely related field; and three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in commercial real estate, real estate development, redevelopment, economic development, development finance, financial analysis, market research, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Works directly with developers, property owners, businesses, consultants, brokers, community organizations, regional partners, and internal departments to gather information, evaluate opportunities, coordinate due diligence, and advance economic development and redevelopment projects.
