What the day will look like Own day-to-day administration of individual disability insurance (IDI) plans, including status changes, enrollment, implementation, and renewal activities Recognize out of scope requests and seek appropriate guidance Audit and analyze census, policy, and plan data Drive accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition by updating revenue forecasts Run queries to extract, validate, and analyze data in support of plan administration and decision-making.
