Upgrade & Release Readiness: Manage major and minor Dayforce releases by reviewing release notes, assessing business impacts, coordinating regression testing, tracking defects and approvals, and validating critical payroll, security, integration, and business processes following production upgrades. Integrations & Data Integrity: Partner with IT data teams and business stakeholders to support integrations, troubleshoot data-mapping exceptions, and maintain accurate payroll, general ledger, job-costing, and operational reporting.
