Position DetailsPosition: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Baltimore, Maryland and surrounding communitiesSchedule: Flexible Part-Time HoursSetting: In-Home ABA ServicesCompensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experienceResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessmentsDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plansSupervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior TherapistsProvide parent coaching and caregiver training to promote skill generalizationMonitor client progress through data analysis and modify treatment plans as neededComplete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and insurance-required documentationCollaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providersEnsure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and payer requirementsParticipate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional developmentQualificationsCurrent BCBA certification in good standingMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldMaryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensureExperience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferredExperience supervising RBTs or Behavior Therapists preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsReliable transportation for travel throughout the Baltimore areaWhy Join Solara?
