Familiarity with technical competency for communications including: Radio Frequency communication and interfaces, Modulation and demodulation of satellite communication signals, Front End data processing of satellite science data and engineering telemetry data, Monitor and Control systems. Some experience with RF lab test equipment and procedures, including but not limited to the following: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, phase noise test sets, bit error rate testing, and sensitive RF equipment handling/installation (ESD, FOD, rack integration, etc).
