PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: In the course of performing this job, the incumbent typically spends time standing, walking on sloped/hilly areas of campus, carrying, driving, lifting (up to 50 pounds), listening, speaking, reaching, writing, and participating in restraint procedures. SUMMARY: Through preventative measures and therapeutic interventions, the Behavior Aide helps ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of the students are met in a safe and productive manner.
