JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*1–3 years of SDR, inside sales, business development, or outbound calling experience*Experience in cabinetry, millwork, home improvement, or building materials preferred*CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)*Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills*Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment*2020 Design software experience is a plus JOB DESCRIPTION:*Conduct outbound calls, emails, and prospecting to generate leads*Identify and engage dealers, showrooms, and retail partners*Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team*Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales documentation*Maintain CRM activity and pipeline updates*Support product launches and outbound campaigns.
