Perform cycle counts using scales or other counting methods pertaining to stocking of materials warehousing and finished goods (sub-inventory transfers, locate).Outside process (vendors) (WIP move, WIP receipt, deliver) – insure paperwork and material counts are correct before and after being sent to vendor.
