Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 for Education-including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and OneNote-and the ability to troubleshoot account access, file sharing, permissions, collaboration, and common classroom workflows.
