Perform accurate takeoffs to determine material needs, ensuring precise estimates for customersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key window and door vendors, coordinating contract visits and staying updated on product offeringsUtilize vendor-specific software to create quotes, track orders, andprovide product informationHandle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up and resolutionMaintain a neat and orderly counter and showroom areaCoordinate with the outside sales team to support customer needs and manage sample and literature requestsStay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and best practices to better assist customersSupport order fulfillment by occasionally assisting with warehouse tasks such as pulling orders or checking inventoryPerform other duties as directed by the Branch Operations Manager.
