Proficient in the use and execution of the JCI BAS• Must have a MD 3rd or 1st class Engineering License• Strong attention to detail • Must record all events in log• Must report all Urgent and Emergencies to the Chief of Operations • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills • Must be willing to undergo a background check that includes a drug test. • Observing and interpreting readings on gauges, meters and charts which register various aspects of the system's operation, adjusting controls to ensure safe and efficient operation of the system and to meet demands for the service provided • Recording in logs various aspects of the system's operation; keeping the engines, machinery and equipment of the system in good working order• Maintain records of regular checks and maintenance of boilers and associated safety equipment.
